Techspoon is an onsite computer service and repair company serving residential and business customers nationwide. We currently have over 11,000 technicians across the United States.
Techspoon was founded in 2003 after the owners realized that there was no technology service company on a nationwide level that truly put the customer’s needs first. Techspoon set out on a plan to make sure that every customer’s individual concerns are addressed and solved in a fast, friendly and professional manner. To accomplish this goal we focused on three different areas of the business.

How much do you charge?
We charge a flat hourly rate of $99 per hour.
I am having a problem that isn’t listed in your services. Can you still help me?
As long as your problem is technology related issue, we should be able to help you with it.
What happens if the technician cannot fix my problem?
In almost all cases our technicians will be able to fix the problem you are having. Sometimes however, it is more cost effective to replace your equipment than to repair it. If this is the case, our technicians will recommend what is best for you, and then you can decide how to proceed. If for some reason you have a problem that we can’t fix, you will not be charged for any services beyond the time the tech spends diagnosing the problem.
Why do I have to provide you with credit card information online?
This policy is for the protection of your personal information. Your card is not charged until the work is complete, and processing it online with the encrypted website, means that your information is not seen by human eyes. This ensures that your information is not stolen, and used in a fraudulent manner.
Do your services have a warranty?

Are parts included in your service charge?
No. Any parts that are purchased to repair your system are billed to you. Techspoon never marks up parts to customers. If we order parts for you, our wholesale price savings are passed on to you.
